This is me
I am the founder of inrgize.me, and my name is Judith. After years of working in the educational industry as a teacher, coach, and school leader, I retrained several years ago as a yoga instructor, personal trainer, health (lifestyle) coach, and vitality expert. Due to my personal circumstances, I primarily work online, and in the Netherlands, I also have the option to schedule in-person appointments. I coach individuals from insight to practice, support HR consultants in setting up and implementing their vitality policies, and provide workshops and training sessions within companies.
COACHING

I am an expert in Vitality. Lifestyle focuses on the health of the body, while Vitality is about the health of your mental and emotional being (psychology). When you have good motivation, energy, and resilience, you'll find yourself in a state of flow. That's why I also talk about innergy: energy from both outside and within.
Here, I guide you towards achieving this. I will help you set the right and achievable goals based on your autonomous values. We'll explore what's blocking your innergy and gradually rebuild it.
After a coaching program, you will:
- feel comfortable in your own skin
- know how to maintain that spark within yourself
- be reconnected to your innergy
- make choices that align with your values
- feel empowered to get back up and move forward after a setback.
YOGA AND MEDITATION

Yoga
Yoga is beneficial for your body: it strengthens your muscles, increases flexibility, and has a very positive impact on your cardiovascular system and immune system.
Yoga is good for your mind: by practicing yoga, your attention will focus on physical sensations, allowing other thoughts to fade into the background. This results in a relaxed and invigorating feeling.
In the future, there will be online group classes for yin and/or hatha yoga.
For now, private yoga lessons are available. We will schedule an appointment at a time that suits both of us and discuss which type of yoga and materials you need for the lesson. I will demonstrate the exercises, then observe how you move into the poses and provide verbal guidance for an even better experience.Meditation
On my YouTube channel, you can find various meditations to practice right away. In the future, there will also be live online meditations.

LIFESTYLE SUPPORT

Lifestyle Support is a program that guides you in making healthy lifestyle choices based on the right motivation and achievable goals. First, we will explore why you want to embark on this journey. We aim for sustainable (lasting) change. When your motivation is driven by external stimuli, it's very challenging to maintain it. It will feel more like a punishment rather than a responsible choice.
Elements covered in a lifestyle program include exercise, nutrition, sleep, and relaxation.
The guidance consists of online sessions and plenty of homework! Are you ready to take on this challenge?
